English Garden Band Sampler - All seven bands include the
use of Gumnut Yarns stranded silk 'STARS'. This arcaded
band pattern is worked in a number of counted stitches typical
of 17th Century embroidery.

Band
1 - a twisted border encloses a red rose,
Love-in-a-mist flowers, Heartsease or Pansies,
pink flowers and acorns. It measures 20 x 9cms.

Band
2 - features a vase containing a rose, two irises,
and stems of grapes or 'wands'. Above and below
there are two small strawberry patterns.
